Terms & Conditions.

Garment Decoration.

At the discretion of the directors of Sailing Club Clothing (SCC) we have chosen to include an embroidered or printed logo into the cost of the garments we supply. All the clothing / garment prices listed on the SCC website are recommended retail (RRP) prices.

All the prices listed are inclusive of one embroidered logo up to 7000 stitches or a printed design applied to the garment.

If you choose NOT to have a logo applied to the garment the selling price will NOT necessarily be reduced. However this is at the discretion of the directors.

Bags, Footwear & Accessories.

All bags, footwear & accessories are sold as plain stock and do not include an embroidered or printed logo in the selling price.

Logo Origination Charges.

The logo origination charges are not included in the price and will be charged at £35 per design for embroidery and £20 per colour for a printed design. Please send us the design as simple wording is considerably cheaper.

Logo Sign Off.

All embroidered & printed logos / designs will be proofed and signed off by the customer prior to production.

Delivery Charges.

We are currently offering free delivery on all orders over £100 until the end of the month. This only applies to deliveries to the UK mainland.

Minimum Order Value.

We have no minimum order value.

Samples.

Samples can be ordered but full payment will be required prior to despatch.

Returns.

All products / garments that have been embroidered are non returnable. Plain products can be returned but a 15% re-stocking charge will be applied.

Refunds.

Refunds will only be given once the products / garments are received back to SCC. Once the products / garments are inspected, and confirmed to be in ‘as new’ condition the refund will be made minus the relevant charges.
